Inspired by Thomas Myers’ groundbreaking Anatomy Trains, which maps the body’s interconnected fascial network, MAP classes focus on activating movement through fascial planes rather than isolated muscles. This innovative approach, developed by MAP Movement (mapmovement.co.za), redefines core strength as a connected myofascial web, helping you counteract the stiffness of sedentary lifestyles or stress.
Through engaging exercises and five key movement principles, you’ll learn to create space, enhance flexibility, and boost energy in a supportive group setting. Perfect for all fitness levels, MAP classes make movement feel natural, empowering, and enjoyable!
We host classes of up to 10 clients, so please check our availability for space in a class via our whatsapp or give us a call. A monthly fee of R850 gets you 2 classes per week for the month. Classes will be added on demand. Booking attendance is essential.
